Principal Dental Surgeon
Aiden qualified as a Dental Surgeon from Cardiff University School of Medicine in 1991. Aidan worked in Cardiff, Enniskillen and finally settled at home in Derrylin Co.Fermanagh. Aiden has a vast Knowledge as a dental surgeon with 24 years’ experience under his belt. His wife Dr Roisin McCorry has over 20 years’ experience and in that time set up her own dental surgery in Co.Cavan and has gained a reputation for being a caring dentist with a long track record of successfully diagnosing and treating patients of all age groups, including children, teenagers and adults. Aiden has a particular interest in Dental Implants, having received training in Implant Dentistry in Straumann from London and has been placing Implants since 2003. Aidan is a member of the Association of Dental Implantology, he is also a member of International Team of Implantology. Aidan loves to further his knowledge. He has just completed part two of his membership exams of the Royal College of Surgeons of England. At present he is studying a Diploma in Implantology in Edinburgh University
BSC, RDH Hygienist
Kathleen began her career as a dental nurse in 1999, graduating from Portadown College . Working as a dental nurse for many years Kathleen decided to further her career and undertake a Certificate in Dental Radiography, and then went on to do a BSC in oral health science in University of Dundee, where she qualified with an award in clinical work. Kathleen is dedicated and meticulous about her work. She has been working here for over 10 years and is a familiar face around Derrylin. Kathleen is currently the senior tutor of the dental nursing course in Southwest College Enniskillen.
Ryan is our home-grown talent, he qualified as a dental surgeon from Queens University Belfast in 2011. Ryan joined Derrylin Dental & Implant Centre in 2012 and brought with him a wealth of modern dental knowledge and enthusiasm for cutting edge techniques and procedures. Ryan has a keen interest in endodontics and the role of the latest technologies in dentistry. Ryan is a patient, understanding and caring dentist who loves to treat kids and endeavours to provide gentle painless dental care. Ryan expands his dental knowledge by regularly attending dental seminars and courses, having recently completed MFDS in the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow in 2016.
